Meet Our Founder

Shaunee Lynch, Founder & CEO

Shaunee Lynch brings extensive experience in workforce development, human resources, organizational strategy, business development, government, higher education, staffing, communications, and nonprofit leadership to Vitae Visual.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Public Administration from Kentucky State University, with concentrations in nonprofit management and human resources.

Throughout her career, Shaunee has worked across the public, private, nonprofit, government, and higher education sectors.

Her professional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Chief of Staff in local government, and Director of Business-to-Business initiatives in higher education, in addition to leadership positions in staffing, workforce development, operations, business development, and organizational strategy. Her career gave her a unique perspective on something that exists across employment, athletics, and business: people are often making important decisions about other people without ever truly getting to know who they are.
